This countries have wish to come be member of EU.
But what we have now is that each of this country hasn't strong to remove illness from harts of this states.
This states have the lots problem with democratic issue,specially with relations into socialites relation between majority and minority. Not only on the national positions in this relations, but even in the relation in the political parties communication,too.
Today EU and the Partners most to have questions for the really ask?!
What they must have done to protect EU from new destroy crisis which can come from the continent South East?
Have EU and the partners real question for democratic tries from everybody whom live in the area?
Are EU and Partners ready to protect the Law and propriety? Or we can see same situation like we can have into Middle East?!
The ask going came after last contact between Serbia and Croatia over this problem, when they have creation the new problems in the law of propriety.
The politicians have move to remove minorities from the negotiations table, and to going other pay their fullish from the past.
No one come to ask owner from both countries what they have to say on the deal.
Because that EU must come in the support of the Partner to protect the law and human dignity. And must have real ask of this politician to find inter mediation relations on the way to the Union. It mean that they must come in the community only like one, without separate deals.
The Serbian,Croat, Montenegrin, Bosnian, and other politician must known that they have done real democratic move on the way for Bruxelless.

Who need th Euro or EU?
What was happen into Europe when now we have the lots problems. EU commission isn't exist successfully and so much problems cannot be fixed in the past because more and more bureaucrats haven't the well knowledge about jobs in the EU administration.
The big problem of Balkan have disaster point on inter European communication,and no one of big face, cannot had real messages to push peace in the last century on the war makers in the ex-Yugoslavia, or on the east part of continent,when had Turkish army against Kurd minority.
Today we have same situation,when same people cannot have message for power people on the European west, to be sure what is real path if they haven't knowledge about crisis whose come from their living rooms.
Now is time to tell everybody in the West that time when west had privilege to live over the colonies money is gone, and that is time to try some else.
It mean that crisis cannot be finish with EU conglomeration, but only in cooperation with so poor nation in the World.
If we have so call democratic poor nations, than we can expect terrorism and vandalism over the West validation. And it mean more and more money will be destroy in so call defends policy.
Now if we are so clear that people have right to have truly democratic states than we must be so different from Berlusconi and Nikolas Sarkozy. If we have look at situation in social status of most Europeans, we can see that most of them have so much fear in the ease. They haven't perspective, and they don't believe no more politicians when they took part in the social correspondence.
More and more people in the specially at the European west try to be inform regular about real situation in the states and to be in proof that no only them have peasant measure against crisis on a beck.
In this time no one in EU and over in the World have right answer on the questions how much hard is crisis? Or is crisis real, but it is something what is import from some imagination?
If we look at real positions on the economy in the World we can see that crisis exist in the positions where states take protectionism against free economy and much bigger market than it is now.
It mean that protectionism in the agricultural and some industry isn't good for social relation not only in the 3td world but much more is worst for domestic relations. In the time where more and more we have right to say that new order is death, we have right to say that socialism or some Lutheran capitalism have answer for this problem.
Economy where an reach have all and poor haven't dignity is system at a brink of disaster. And time is to take real measure against polarization on the small reach and big poor groups. If they take only tear gas and police against a people it mean that they are not statesman. In situation where more and more reach Arab come to buy and stay in the UK we know that real situation in the Muslim World are so bad for US and Ally.

NATO in the Balkan's armies?
Does NATO has interest to know, how is really time in the south-east Europe, and who do what to protect Europe from bilateral or multilateral disasters? The question stay at time because more than fifth army in the region hasn't strength to make NATO clerance in this time.
Slovenian Army has problem with supply,Croatian army has problem with no money founds. BIH army doesn't egzist. Serbian army has more problem than others, but problem into Macedonian army, Albanian and Montenegro army is worst.
Without real money in the budgets and without modern operation sistem, this armies look like more a social security house for non perspective people than it was and is real army forces for battle actions against the new threat from east.
In this time NATO commanders must take an measure to create new coordination sistem between this Armies and them countries, because in this time who can take responsibility for great disasters if something to going to wrong.
Without modern technology in the big systems like it is navy and air force, the local armies cannot be proof that they can make some real ally power in the south east quoter.
Real problems into Serbian army with non definition position at batter field(neutrality), and situation with professionalization in it. Create big whole in the tactic maps. Yes, they have big systems, like it has air force, but without new warplanes they cannot make much. If we look it from enemy platform it is good, but if you look it in big spot it is road to the disaster.
Small army with the best equipment is much more positive for all than big professional army without perspectives.
In BIH time is come to going start a new army forces, the unity forces for all in the county. It mean that must be small, good drill, better pay and best supply army forces with some part of navy and air force must be locate at all part of BIH.
This army must be unification for all operation in the region. Because Croatian army has problem with officers and of course with politicians who hasn't take off politics power from barracks.
In this army exist problem with minority, with crime, with non educated technicians, but more of it is problem with not collecting big systems in the navy and air force,where last incidents open big whole in the hangars.
In Montenegro time is to make positions in professionalism,but this country is need to step up with navy. And to create brigade of alpines.
Macedonians need money to buy patrol boats in the lakes and to buy some parts of lights helicopter squadrons.
If we have problem in the Slovenian army with supply and money, because situation in the county isn't nice,it mean that is time to ask some guys in Ljubljana how they have ideas to change this situation,or have they answer are they good partner in the Aliance?
