Slovenian right decision
Slovenian decision to give red spot at Croatian negotiation process with EU is cute. Today when more people at other side of river Kupa, look at new situation like something like injust, nobody in Croatian government not take a verb to give real and reasonable objective
explain, what's happen in the relation with neighborhood.
Is real reason for this problems still stand in the dissolve issue of states border,or is something much bigger then they want to say to population in Croatia?
With inside problems in reforms. With problems with propriety and specially with propriety of minority. Local government haven't reason to speak about it like real problems in relations with EU, and Slovenia,too. Because, no one government do nothing to say, "Yes we are real problem in the way of Croatia membership in the Union. We haven't knowledge to creating any good decision or law. We have real problem with history issue, because we protect fascism in the state and we do everything to promo racial construction against minorities in the Croatia and neighbors,too.
Not only national minority, but against all, including sick people, disables, and sexual minority, too. They have problems not only with Slovenians, but even with Bosnia and Hercegovina, what is domestic problem in Croatia.(Croats from neibor state)

Now, EU does great things with prolonge of negotiation with Croatia. Only that, everybody can see how bad rulers stay at way in the Croatia, but not only there at Balkan.
Croats now openly take nacionalistic retorecy to promote how bad they are injure. And what they can do against it. But EU Comision must say miste Croatian Prime Minister to do more in the reforms, to stay away of humans rights, specially against social rights of small people. And ...Thank you EU!

Some states has big problem to solve constitutional issue in self orders.
It's big problem of Croatia, too. This post Yugoslav republic and now independent country has real big problem to take good methods in the state governing. Croatian government has problem how to safe monetary independence from outside, and how to take questions about heavy situation inside of Croatia.
With big problem in the social structures at one side, and with megalomania in the government's structures, Croatian government do everything to broke elementary human rights and local constitution act. They make a lots situation where they try to took some constitution rights from domestic people.
The last, but not least is actions create against so call non transparent sick leave at Croatian's health insurance, against sick people who take money for period which they stay out of job from the state health insurance.
Croatian government try to do first to cut money support for sick people for 50%, after year and half at sick stay out from job. Than they predict to cut money support for all, because minister of health hasn't knowledge in English and in international law and constitutional law. And he has not know to read EU directives.
No one in the Croatian government has not or want not to know what is real questions from EU commission about large number of ill people in Croatia who are out from job, at long time.
Because that, somebody from EU must take measure against Croatian Government injustice which want to promote against ill and disables people. Not to resolve problems with illness,nor to give people second dimension for resolve ill, but to push out from society one large group of people.
This government do nothing to prevent this situation with illness,nobody can make diagnostic and therapy in close time, and because that is possible that lots of people stay ill worst than prevails time,when ill start.
Without social and medical treatments in reasonably time, people must take unpopular measures and measure against law. Corruption stay high,and growing, and criminal situation at Croatia start be worst each time, after this government's decides.

Rules isn't work, and nobody can do anything to prevent fraud and insolvents. And problem with a making deal,and contract is so big that none can have right to expect to be secure in dual or mutual job venture in this poise states at South East Europe or at so call West Balkan even and especial in the Croatia and Montenegro.
In both case exist coordination between local businessmen and governments.Where local governments take have everything to protect criminal activity of this businessmen.
In many case, governments does every possible to bring money from investors and than put in deal the local businessmen to fix it with treat and push,hardly.
Local syndicates does most things to so call protect workers, but they do most things against them.
First, they have deal with local officers to destroy all deal which investors make directly with some company, and workers inside of it. After that, they have role to promote interests of state, or so call uninvolved officers whose take positions in the top of negotiations team for investment.
For good deal with investors, they take money directly from investors or from payments.
Same situation in Croatia is with shipyards and privatization of then, and with Arsenal in the Boka Kotorska in Montenegro,too.
