Today is possible to know who stay in new war at East. In small country Kirghistan some guy take have money to make have "revolution".
Yes, that is possible to one or more guy take have arms against law.But what is happen, when some other, not Russian, neither US, take position at the place? Like it is Osama Bin Laden.
Who have control over "the Gate of Asia", then they have control on the batter field into Afghanistan and Pakistan. They have control over opium traffic and heroin rout.
They have now possibility to change situation in the politic ring in Europa, and more into with oil rich country in the Middle East,too.
Like decades before, some guy in the analytic room take mistake and come to change some lieder, not because he is non democratic ruler, but he make mistake and take have change position on the "other" side.
In this war, because it is the war against some people and states, only can have lost this who is come with arms and money to make "revolution" in the unstable state like Kirghistan is.
